Robert Chamberlain has joined Evertas, the world’s first crypto asset insurance company, as its first Global Head of Intelligence & Investigations. Throughout his career, Robert has directed major corporate intelligence, strategic threat, and crisis management issues for large events, transactions, and operations around the globe.
Earlier in his career, Robert was instrumental in establishing the first market intelligence capability for PwC and was a member of the corporate intelligence practice at IBM. In his new role at Evertas, Robert is directing a diverse group of interdisciplinary intelligence professionals that offer the full spectrum of intelligence and investigations solutions to clients in both the public and private sectors who have significant exposure to crypto asset-related risk.
J Gdanski, CEO and Founder of Evertas said, “We are delighted that Robert has joined our team. He is a strategy and innovation professional who is passionate about the creative application of technologies to clients’ most pressing intelligence problems. His skill set is perfect for the new and emerging crypto asset risk and insurance markets.”
Robert Chamberlain said: “I’m really excited to be joining such a talented and innovative team at Evertas, and at such a crucial point in the evolution of digital asset technologies and developing regulatory frameworks.”
Key issues that Robert and his team focus on are the risks associated with corruption, sanctions, conflict, and the vast array of regulatory, policy, and business hazards that come with the crypto asset market. Evertas focuses exclusively on crypto assets, helping clients and insurers understand the risks associated with these and ensuring they are adequately covered.
